Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

 • Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, inventory, and service

 delivery

 • Manage staff and ensure alignment with our values and goals

 • Lead and manage the clinic accreditation process, including documentation, training, compliance audits, and process improvements

 • Collaborate with the medical team to maintain quality and regulatory standards

 • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen principles

 • Coordinate with finance and HR on budgeting, payroll, and recruitment needs

 • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regulators as needed

 • Support expansion projects and new clinic openings in the GCC

 Qualifications

 • 4+ years of operations management experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality

 • Experience in clinic or healthcare accreditation processes is highly preferred

 • Strong organizational and leadership skills

 • Familiarity with Bahraini healthcare regulations and accreditation bodies (e.g., NHRA)

 • Experience with systems (ERP/CRM) and SOP implementation

 • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare admin, or related field; MBA is a plus

 • Passion for health, wellness, and customer experience

Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

Deliver IV therapy, wellness treatments, and regenerative medicine support

Conduct home visits for clients as scheduled (IVs and wellness services)

Assist dermatologists during aesthetic procedures

Monitor patient vitals and maintain high standards of clinical documentation

Ensure treatment protocols align with NHRA guidelines

Manage stock levels and assist in clinical operations

Deliver exceptional patient education and post-treatment care

Qualifications

NHRA Registered Nurse license (in good standing)

Currently residing in Bahrain

5+ years of nursing experience; wellness, aesthetic, or home care experience is a plus

Flexible and comfortable working inside and outside the clinic

Strong communication and patient care skills

Willingness to support laser and dermatology departments

 • الإلمام باللوائح الصحية البحرينية وهيئات الاعتماد (على سبيل المثال، الهيئة الوطنية لتنظيم المهن والخدمات الصحية)
