Maintenance Incharge - Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site safety, plant maintenance, and operations, including contractor follow-up, spare parts procurement, and technical reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure zero-incident plant operation with maximum reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Environmental, Health, and Safety Quality (EH&SQ) regulations.
- Provide safety induction training to visitors and contractors when needed and report/eliminate potential hazards.
- Operate the CO2 plant as per defined procedures and parameters while maintaining accurate operational records.
- Monitor the plant’s water treatment plan and Carboscan performance metrics.
- Ensure proper storage of spare parts according to manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
- Perform daily mechanical/electrical maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company regulations while ensuring a clean and organized facility.
- Keep detailed operational logs, documenting activities, messages, and spare parts usage.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على سلامة الموقع وصيانة المصنع وتشغيله، بما يشمل متابعة المقاولين وشراء قطع الغيار وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
- التواصل والتعاون مع جميع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لضمان تشغيل المصنع بأقصى درجات الموثوقية والكفاءة وبدون حوادث.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة والجودة البيئية (EH&SQ) المعمول بها في المنشأة.
- تقديم تدريبات السلامة للزوار والمقاولين عند الحاجة والإبلاغ عن المخاطر المحتملة والعمل على معالجتها.
- تشغيل مصنع ثاني أكسيد الكربون وفقًا للإجراءات والمعايير المحددة، وتسجيل البيانات التشغيلية وإعداد التقارير الصناعية.
- مراقبة خطة معالجة مياه المصنع ومعايير أداء أنظمة Carboscan.
- ضمان التخزين السليم لقطع الغيار وفقًا لتعليمات المصنع وإجراءات الشركة.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة اليومية، بما في ذلك إصلاح الأعطال غير المخطط لها والصيانة الوقائية للأجهزة الميكانيكية والكهربائية.
- الحفاظ على الانضباط والالتزام بمواعيد العمل، وضمان نظافة وترتيب المنشأة.
- إعداد سجلات التشغيل والتقارير التشغيلية، وتوثيق جميع الأعمال المنجزة وقطع الغيار المستخدمة.
