Role Description:
We are looking for a COMSEC Auditor, based in Bahrain or willing to relocate at their own expense, who has the necessary experience and knowledge to manage the day-to-day operations and handling of Navy COMSEC equipment, including compliance support for COMSEC upgrading and testing. The COMSEC key personnel must have experience in the design, deployment, upgrading, and operation of COMSEC devices.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with CMS-1/CMS-3 Series Manuals: Must be knowledgeable in CMS-1/CMS-3 series manuals.
- Coordination with Authorities: Interacting and coordinating with NSA, NCMS, CMIO, CRFs, Controlling Authorities, and Local Elements.
- COMSEC Administrative Support: Providing administrative support, including material inventory management, destruction reports, order placements, and tracking.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of COMSEC Equipment: Performing equipment maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, issuance, and operational instructions for COMSEC hardware (e.g., STEs, KSV-21, SKLs, KG-175s, VACM, KG-250s, IRIDIUMs, iApps, and KIV-7s).
- Site Visits and Training: Conducting site visits, traveling to perform training, equipment maintenance, upgrades, and re-supply of necessary COMSEC-related materials or items.
- Development of SOPs and Training Guides: Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and COMSEC-specific training guides.
- Familiarity with COMSEC Spot Checks: Must be familiar with conducting COMSEC Spot Checks.

Role Description:
My client is looking at their current LIMS system and is seeking a Labware LIMS Business Analyst to be responsible for project deployment deliverables, from defining user requirements through implementing IT business solutions and testing activities. The candidate will manage Global LabWare LIMS Deployment projects globally.
In this role, you will:
Business Support & Consulting:
- Help to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs, research, and industry requirements; considers the business application of technology.
- Provide advanced consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results.
Implementation and Development:
- Develop or modify procedures to resolve IT issues, considering computer capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results.
- This includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide technical support to business groups through troubleshooting procedures and testing.
Project Management:
- Lead projects following PMO processes.
- Lead user acceptance testing and use comparative analysis techniques to evaluate and recommend overall solutions for clients/organizations.
People Management:
- Coach and mentor less experienced analysts.
