العمل كمُمثل لمدير البرنامج (PMR) لدعم استدامة وتحديث السفن البرمائية والمساعدة والقتالية الصغيرة (PMS 321).
دعم حل المشكلات الطارئة المتعلقة بتحديث السفن خلال مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ لتوافر CNO.
مساعدة PMS 321 في تحليل بيانات تكلفة CNO Availability ووضع معايير لفعالية تغييرات السفن، مع تقديم توصيات للتحسين.
تقديم ملاحظات حول تغييرات السفن أثناء التنفيذ، وتحديد متطلبات الموارد البشرية والمواد اللازمة لتنفيذ هذه التغييرات.
إعداد المواد التقديمية، والمستندات التحليلية، والتقارير الخاصة بعملية تحديث السفن.
المشاركة في جهود SEA21 والأسطول لتطوير مبادرات تحديث تهدف إلى تقليل مشكلات الجاهزية المتعلقة بتقادم الأنظمة والتوقفات التشغيلية.

Program Manager Representative

AMERICAN SYSTEMS
Location: Manama, Bahrain

Job Responsibilities

Act as a Program Manager's Representative (PMR) for the Sustainment and Modernization of Amphibious, Auxiliary, and Small Combatant Ships (PMS 321).
Support the resolution of emergent issues related to Ship Modernization during the CNO Availability Advance Planning and Execution Phases.
Assist PMS 321 in analyzing CNO Availability cost data, establishing effective Ship Change metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Provide feedback on Ship Changes during execution and determine manpower and material requirements to accomplish these changes.
Assist in developing presentation materials, point papers, issue papers, and other documentation related to the FMP process and Ship Change execution.
Participate in SEA21 and Fleet-sponsored initiatives to identify and develop modernization solutions that address system obsolescence and maintenance-related downtime.
Coordinate with ISEAS/PARMS to identify and document concerns regarding Ship Change development or installation.
Submit weekly reports to document the status of programmed modernization efforts, including progress assessments and issue identification.
Support the management of Integrated Class Maintenance Plans (ICMP) and provide feedback to RMC Maintenance Teams and SEA04 on the impact of deferring ICMP tasks.

الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث في المعسكر أو الورشة.
تجهيز المصاريف النثرية مع المستندات الداعمة.
الإبلاغ عن الموظفين ذوي الإنتاجية المنخفضة.
التواصل مع المواقع بانتظام لتلبية احتياجاتهم.
ترتيب وتنظيم المستودع وإجراء الجرد المادي شهريًا.
تسجيل استلام وتسليم الأدوات الكهربائية والآلات.
تسجيل العمل الإضافي بعد ساعات الدوام بموافقة المدير.
تسجيل الخردة المباعة مع إيصال وصورة للمسؤول المعين.
إدخال البيانات في نظام SAP يوميًا.
الإبلاغ عن حالة المركبات التي تحتاج إلى إصلاحات.
التحقق من المركبات بانتظام لرصد أي عيوب أو حوادث.
تحديث سجلات المركبات وفقًا للسائقين المسؤولين عنها.
متابعة متطلبات الغرف (أسرة، مراتب، مواقد غاز، إلخ).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Arrange vehicles for site transportation.
Report fuel, lubricant, and other expenses.
Track attendance and absence of all camp and workshop staff.
Monitor drivers' performance on duty.
Verify material requirements for workshops and camps.
Review quotations from suppliers.
Maintain records of vehicle consumables (filters, spare parts) separately for each vehicle.
Ensure camp cleanliness and maintenance of utilities (pumps, lights, cylinders).
Oversee the cold store to ensure fresh food supply and prevent the sale of tobacco and alcohol.
Report accidents occurring in the camp and workshop.
Prepare petty cash with all supporting documents.
Identify and report low-productivity staff.
Frequently call sites for requests.
Organize store inventory and conduct monthly physical stock checks.
Record the delivery and receipt of power tools and machinery.
Document overtime beyond duty hours with approval from the Director (after 3 PM).
Record scrap sales with receipts and photos of assigned staff.
Control SAP entries on a daily basis.
Report repair status of vehicles.
Check vehicles for defects or damages regularly.
Update vehicle records driver-wise.
Ensure room requirements (beds, mattresses, gas stoves, etc.) are met.
Inspect vehicles after duty hours for scratches, bends, or damages.
