Position: Onboarding Specialist (Italian Speaker)

Responsibilities:

Guide new customers through the onboarding process, helping them set up their Lodgify accounts and connections via phone and screen-sharing calls.
Understand customer objectives and ensure proper setup and adoption of the platform.
Provide a consultative approach to enhance customer experience and usage of Lodgify.
