Job Purpose
- Technical support for Yokogawa products and services. Manage and support all technical support requirements in response Center Middle East & Africa.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Responsible for providing timely and quality technical support to customers in the Middle East and Africa region.
- Technical assistance for Yokogawa system products like Centum VP, ProSafe-RS, and subsystems. Call handling, troubleshooting, investigation, analysis, testing, and resolution of troubles or nonconformities reported from customer sites.
- Delivering customer-centric solutions with close coordination with functional experts. Troubleshooting and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions at OT infrastructure. Liaising with functional technical centers and escalations for delivering timely and quality solutions for customer inquiries. Handling of core service functions like warranty, service notes, and service information.
- Case tracking and KPI management. Remote support to customers and internal service engineers for the first line of support.
- Execution and maintenance of secure remote service infrastructure.
- Analyze network issues by assisting engineers in switch configurations for Ethernet sniffing and SPAN and RSPAN configurations.
- Troubleshoot Windows platform issues by analyzing Windows dumps, application crashes, memory leaks, etc. Support for network security solutions like anti-virus, Windows updates, Active Directory, whitelisting, etc.
Qualification & Experience - Degree in engineering (Instrumentation, electronics, or similar).
- Good knowledge of Yokogawa DCS, ESD, and Asset Manager is a must. Good knowledge in network domain concepts, application deployment, OT security applications, and system in the network. Prior proven experience in service of Yokogawa products.
- Experience in technical support and familiar with relevant processes and workflow. Overall experience of 5-8 years.

Job Purpose
Handle monthly end-to-end payroll process, salary reports, coordinate with GOSI dept on Indemnity payments, Life & Medical Insurance, and carry out other associated payroll and employee database HRIS activities.

Real Time Optimization (RTO) Engineer
Job Purpose:
Yokogawa Middle East & Africa seeks an RTO Engineer for its Digital Reality- Simulation team based in Bahrain. The Department designs and delivers the Real-Time Optimization (RTO) solutions, AI/Machine Learning, Digital Twin, and OTS for the Process/Chemical industries. The selected candidate will be trained on Yokogawa’s RTO to deliver to Yokogawa customers. In this role, you are expected to execute full cycle RTO projects.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Develop RTO in Oil/Gas/Petro Chemical/Fertilizers Plants.
- Analyze data from plant historian data like process variables to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Purpose:

مهندس مبيعات أول
غرض الوظيفة:

الوصف الوظيفي:

المسؤوليات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- - من 6 إلى 9 سنوات من الخبرة في أنظمة التحكم في الأتمتة الصناعية (يفضل مع نظام Yokogawa DCS).
المهارات والكفاءات الوظيفية:
- مهارات قوية في التحليل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
