II. Position Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer responsible for handling the site safety, plant maintenance, and operations, including all supportive activities like site work supervision, contractor follow-up, spare part purchasing, and technical reporting.

The electrical engineer will report directly to the plant manager and will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the MECD plant operates with zero incidents, maintaining the highest reliability and productivity.

III. Dimensions

The MECD plant is an M10$ asset, with an annual maintenance budget of approximately 100,000 U$.

IV. Principal Accountabilities

This position is accountable for the following results:

• Communication and Reporting: Maintain integrity and transparency in communication with the in-line manager and work collaboratively with the O&M team.
• Safety Compliance: Understand and implement EH&SQ regulations. Support the plant manager in ensuring compliance.
• Safety Induction: Provide safety induction training for visitors/contractors.
• Operational Support: Operate the CO2 plant as per the defined procedures.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform and oversee both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.

• Spare Part Management: Ensure spare parts are stored correctly and are ready for use.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Monitor production and plant performance, ensuring accuracy in data and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaboration and Supervision: Oversee the work of personnel or contractors to complete necessary tasks.
• Routine Maintenance: Follow routine maintenance procedures as specified in SAP PM systems.
• Plant Modifications: Stay updated with on-site modifications based on plant/customer requirements.

V. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Automation/Instrumentation).
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as an electrical maintenance engineer.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
  • Ability to work in a multi-team environment.
  • Experience in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Commitment to following codes of conduct and ethics.

• إدارة قطع الغيار : تأكد من تخزين قطع الغيار بشكل صحيح وأنها جاهزة للاستخدام.
• جمع البيانات وإعداد التقارير : مراقبة الإنتاج وأداء المصنع، وضمان الدقة في البيانات وإعداد التقارير عن التناقضات.
• التعاون والإشراف : الإشراف على عمل الموظفين أو المقاولين لإكمال المهام الضرورية.
• الصيانة الروتينية : اتبع إجراءات الصيانة الروتينية كما هو محدد في أنظمة SAP PM.
• تعديلات المصنع : ابق على اطلاع بالتعديلات في الموقع بناءً على متطلبات المصنع/العميل.

5. الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات والمؤهلات

• التعليم : درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الكهربائية / الأتمتة / الأجهزة).
• الخبرة : خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كمهندس صيانة كهربائية.
• مهارات :
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الفرق.
  • خبرة في منظمة مصفوفة.
  • القدرة على التعاون ضمن فريق.
  • الالتزام باتباع قواعد السلوك والأخلاق.
