- Submit the Sales plan as per the set objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
- Receive the leads from the lead generation team, communicate with them, and convert the leads to sales.
- Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.

- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate, and send Requests for Proposals (RFPs) quoting the rates and terms of conditions to sign the contract and bring the client onboard with Talabat.com.
- Encourage clients/restaurants to upload menu pictures on Talabat site.
Store Supervisor

- Responsible for the operations of the store end-to-end operation: Staffing & scheduling, Ordering, Inbound receiving, stocking, Picking orders, packing orders, and expense control within set operational standards.
- Coordinating and supervising store operations (i.e. selecting people, scheduling shifts, routine and preventive maintenance, etc.).
- Ensure efficient utilization of pickers with multitasking roles in order to optimize UTRs.
- Ordering/Store replenishment: Ensure proper stock in stores (No OOS or OVS) by assessing the inventory and issuing orders based on the input and assessment of demand planner plus physical stock assessment.
- Inventory management: Ensuring effective stock control function and practices. Implementation of inventory processes to ensure adequate stock levels and accurate inventory.
- Inbound receiving: Accurate receiving of orders as per policies & SOP.

Oversee zonal performance, ensuring compliance and taking corrective actions as needed.

Managing Director - Bahrain
Talabat is the leading food and Q-commerce marketplace in Bahrain, delivering food, groceries & more to thousands of customers on a daily basis. We are currently seeking a new Managing Director of Bahrain to elevate the performance of the existing organization and simplify its operating model, maximising synergies between functions and verticals.
As a senior member of the Talabat Management team, you will represent the local voice to the regional leadership teams and be the ultimate owner of the full P&L on a strategic, tactical, and day-to-day level.
