What you'll do 🌟
- Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build teams that drive success.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent across tech, operations, and marketing.
- Be a brand ambassador, strengthening Malaeb’s employer brand and making us the go-to destination for top talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes, track hiring metrics, and continuously improve our talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead an inclusive and engaging hiring experience, making sure every candidate feels valued.

- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with a knack for finding top talent through multiple channels.

- قيادة تجربة توظيف شاملة وجذابة، مع التأكد من أن كل مرشح يشعر بالقيمة.

- خبرة في التوظيف لمدة 3 سنوات أو أكثر، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة سريعة النمو أو الشركات الناشئة.
