What You'll Be Doing
- Follow all relevant Retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
- Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations
- Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
- Demonstrate usage and benefits of various Brands and products
- Handle new launches, promotion of products, and visual merchandising
- Achieve the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
- Focus on selling and upselling
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products
- Monitor sales activities and generate a daily sales report
- Ensure in-store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times
- Report stock shortages using the stock order form
- Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills

- الرد على استفسارات العملاء حول المنتجات والأسعار والتوافر والاستخدامات والخدمات
- التواصل مع العملاء لتقييم احتياجاتهم وتقديم المساعدة اللازمة لتلبية توقعاتهم أو تجاوزها
- تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول مجموعات المنتجات التي تناسب احتياجاتهم
- توضيح كيفية استخدام المنتجات وفوائدها المختلفة
- التعامل مع إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة، والترويج لها، وإدارة العرض المرئي
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات مع التركيز على زيادة المبيعات من خلال استخدام تقنيات بيع متقدمة
- التركيز على البيع والبيع الإضافي
- امتلاك معرفة قوية بالعلامات التجارية والمنتجات
- مراقبة أنشطة المبيعات وإعداد تقرير مبيعات يومي
- ضمان إعادة تعبئة المخزون في الأرفف والعدادات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب
- الإبلاغ عن نقص المخزون باستخدام نموذج طلب المخزون
- التأكد من استلام المخزون وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة

About the Role
The Group Reporting, Treasury & Tax team ensures regulatory compliance while driving efficiency. Reporting to the Manager - Group Reporting, Treasury & Tax, this role will work with a Senior Tax & Treasury Analyst and a Senior Group Reporting Accountant.
You will be responsible for developing Camunda’s tax compliance processes, ensuring compliance in Germany, the US, the UK, and Singapore. You will act as Camunda’s expert on direct and indirect tax matters.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate indirect tax compliance across all jurisdictions (US sales tax, German/UK VAT, Singapore GST).
- Prepare corporate income tax returns, tax provision calculations, and financial statement tax notes.
- Provide strategic tax support and risk mitigation.
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation and international tax policies.
- Liaise with tax authorities, advisors, and auditors.
Requirements
- Professional tax qualification (e.g., certified tax advisor).
- Proven experience in tax compliance (consulting and industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, international tax, and transfer pricing.
- General understanding of indirect tax compliance.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the software industry.
- Knowledge of Avalara and/or NetSuite.
- Understanding of IFRS tax accounting principles.

- United States: $127,000 - $190,500
- Germany: €84,500 - €126,700
- United Kingdom: £82,300 - £123,400
- Singapore: S$157,700 - S$236,600

- ضمان الامتثال الضريبي غير المباشر في جميع الدول المعنية (ضريبة المبيعات الأمريكية، ضريبة القيمة المضافة في ألمانيا/المملكة المتحدة، وضريبة السلع والخدمات في سنغافورة).

- تقديم دعم استراتيجي للضرائب والحد من المخاطر الضريبية.
- إدارة وثائق التسعير التحويلي والسياسات الضريبية الدولية.
- التواصل مع السلطات الضريبية والمستشارين والمراجعين القانونيين.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- شهادة مهنية في الضرائب (مثل مستشار ضرائب معتمد).
- خبرة مثبتة في الامتثال الضريبي (يفضل مزيج من الخبرة الاستشارية والصناعية).
- معرفة قوية بضريبة الدخل والشؤون الضريبية الدولية والتسعير التحويلي.
- فهم عام للامتثال الضريبي غير المباشر.
- عقلية استباقية وحل المشكلات.
المهارات المفضلة
- خبرة في صناعة البرمجيات.
- معرفة بـ Avalara وNetSuite.
