Operations Lead - Bifinity Bahrain
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Lead to join our team in Bahrain. The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of Bifinity's services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and security.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry
- Strong understanding of financial regulations
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing operational processes
- Good knowledge of crypto/blockchain will be a plus
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Regulatory Counsel - Middle East
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer of a common law jurisdiction, with a minimum of 5-7 years post qualification experience
- Interactions with the financial regulatory authorities will be advantageous
- In-house experience gained from relevant industries - Financial Services, Fintech or other Technology Corporations are highly preferred
- Possesses solid legal technical expertise as well as sound business and people judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization, maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations
- Excellent technical drafting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide useful and efficient counsel
- Hands-on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects
- Experience working on crypto-related legal matters preferred, but not essential
- Arabic language skills preferred, but not essential

المتطلبات:
- محامي مؤهل في ولاية قانونية ذات قانون عام، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات بعد التأهل.
- التفاعل مع السلطات التنظيمية المالية سيكون ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة داخلية في الصناعات ذات الصلة مثل الخدمات المالية، الفنتك أو شركات التكنولوجيا الأخرى مفضلة.
- امتلاك خبرة تقنية قانونية قوية بالإضافة إلى حس سليم في اتخاذ قرارات تجارية وإدارية.
