Job Responsibilities
Be involved in stock control and management.
Stocking shelves with merchandise on the shop floor.
Stocking shelves with merchandise in back store.
Ensure to maintain proper stock records for the items used for repacking and hampers.
Maintain consistent standards of repacking products, gift hampers, lollypop packing, etc...
Ensure to minimize materials wastage during repacking and making hampers.
Ensure to have proper inventory count of the supporting materials.
Always share your suggestion and feedback for the improvement of packaging.
Ensure to meet the daily repacking, hampers, lollipop packing target to support the business every day.
Responsible for maintain neat and tidy working place and should follow store safety.

Job Responsibilities
Direct the Retail Operational activities of the Confectionary Retail Division to maintain and improve productivity, quality, service, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
In conjunction with Retail head and Project Team, spearheading all projects related to Confectionary Retail section including but not limited to developing new concepts, opening of new outlets, etc.
Monitor competitor activity (market survey, etc.)
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Monitor the set financial targets to attain overall goals, sales results and objectives of all existing and new concepts.
Review and assess customer satisfaction with products and services in coordination with the store managers.
