Role Overview
We're looking for talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated Customer Experience Associates to be the main point of contact for our customers. In this role, your tasks would include addressing customer queries, sharing feedback with different departments, and identifying ways to improve our processes.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to oversee the organizational training strategy for our operations team and assess its impact. You’ll identify training and developmental needs to drive initiatives that build loyalty to the company while working across departments to get the team up to speed in their specific vertical. The ideal candidate will enhance the team’s skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.
Main Responsibilities
Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate the training schedule and training calendar with all MP trainers.
- Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure availability and alignment with training objectives and projects.
- Work closely with HR to ensure each team member has their passport.
- Update onboarding and planned calendars for all team members.
Participant Management:
- Ensure new joiners follow the training schedule as per the training calendar.
- Update and assist trainers with quiz and survey links and coordinate with the Training Team.
- Attend all meetings related to training topics.
- Conduct quarterly knowledge assessments for Junior Team Members.
- Assist in train-the-trainer sessions with other stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks:
- Design and prepare training tools like curriculum, SOPs, or presentations.
- Prepare training materials, including session slides, quizzes, and surveys.
- Handle post-training tasks like compiling feedback and updating training progress.
- Responsible for updating profiles on the Digital Passport system.
Communication:
- Coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals and training needs.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure new joiners are encoded on the system.
- Serve as a liaison between trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.
Evaluation and Reporting:
- Assist in identifying training needs and gaps.
- Collect feedback from trainees and trainers to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Analyze training data and prepare reports on key metrics such as satisfaction, learning outcomes, and impact.
- Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results.
Monitoring and Tracking:
- Monitor and update training progress in the implementation plan.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join our Calo Kitchen team. Working alongside the head chef, you will manage daily kitchen activities, oversee staff, assist with menu preparation, ensure food quality and freshness, and monitor ordering and stocking. The successful candidate will apply their culinary and managerial skills to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our offerings.
Main Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of junior pastry chefs, bakers, and kitchen staff, creating a positive and creative work environment.
- Oversee daily operations in the pastry section, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with local health regulations.
Quality Control & Consistency
- Ensure the highest quality and consistency in pastry products, focusing on flavor and presentation.
- Regularly review production methods to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct tasting sessions and adjust recipes as necessary.
Inventory & Cost Management
- Manage inventory levels for pastry ingredients and supplies, ensuring availability while controlling waste.
- Work with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients at the best prices.
- Monitor and control food costs to align with financial goals.
Operations & Planning
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth delivery and timing of pastry items.
- Plan and execute special orders for events, private dining, and seasonal offerings.
- Develop production schedules and delegate tasks to the pastry team for timely service.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef with 6-9 years in a high-end or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a pastry team.

Role Overview
The Treasury Operations function is crucial in managing a company's financial resources, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash flow. This role supports day-to-day banking operations, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end activities at the group level. You’ll be a key member of the team helping to maintain financial health and meet financial obligations.
Main Responsibilities
Invoice & Payment Management
- Review all invoices related to Accounts Payable to ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Track, review, and process payments on the bank portal at the group level, ensuring timely payments of invoices.
Bank Reconciliations & Entries
- Ensure bank reconciliations and entries are recorded in a timely manner.
Cash Flow & Forecasting Support
- Assist the senior accountant in the preparation of cash flow and forecasts for all group entities monthly.
- Optimize cash utilization and manage cash reserves in alignment with company objectives.
Relationship Management
- Oversee and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Identify and assess potential financial risks related to cash flow, exchange rates, and interest rates.
Process Improvement & Risk Management
- Streamline treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Initiate and assess policies related to payment and cash flow processes, participating in system enhancements for Treasury Operations.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, with a relevant Professional Qualification.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented.
