Net2Source is looking for a Business Development Executive for the EMEA region to identify and generate new business through outside sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing.
Title: Business Development Executive - EMEA
Location: Remote (Candidate must be based in the EMEA Region)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the President to execute strategic and tactical sales plans, aiming for long-term profitable growth.
- Research prospects, initiate contacts (phone calls, emails, letters), and build relationships with prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings.
- Write proposals and work with field management to establish pricing aligned with the company’s financial objectives.
- Follow up with calls/emails, set follow-up appointments, and make formal sales presentations to prospective new business accounts.
- Collaborate with internal resources to develop tailored sales presentation materials.
- Log and organize activities using the company’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Use a consultative sales strategy to overcome client objections, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that sold accounts are supported with appropriate service resources and candidate pools.
- Transition accounts to the service team while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 3-5 years of staffing industry experience, preferably in business development/sales, with at least 2 years of recent experience selling staffing services.
- Familiar with consultative, solutions-based selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, sales presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and competitive in achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work in a quota-driven, commission-based environment.
- Strong understanding of financials, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and prepare statistical sales data.
- Positive attitude, self-confidence, and trustworthiness.
- Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency.
- Proficient with computer systems (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, CRM applications).
- Flexibility to travel.
