Deputy Manager - IT Audit (Risk Advisory)
Primary Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Assist the team in pre-engagement activities such as compliance with risk management requirements.
- Participate in identifying specific client needs and contribute to developing solutions to address identified client requirements.
- Develop specific audit programs to achieve engagement objectives.
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff on execution and documentation of reviews performed.
- Organize and control all aspects of engagement including cost control monitoring, milestone checks, progress reports to managers and clients.
- Document and communicate findings through management reports and presentations and participate in discussions with clients.
Qualifications:
- A recognized degree in Technology/Computer Science Engineering & CISA certification or a professional qualification (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CPA) with CISA certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Advisory, and Internal Audit from a Big Four Audit Firm.
- Experience in IT Audit in External Audit Support/IT Internal Audit.

Primary Role:
The Manager - IT Audit will oversee IT Audit involvement in multiple audit engagements, ensuring timely progress and quality documentation. The individual will manage engagements with minimal follow-up from seniors, supporting the implementation and annual assessment of the Firm's IT controls under the System of Quality Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients and deliver IT audit services on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
- Ensure quality and consistent documentation from team members using agreed IT Audit templates and working papers.
- Achieve required realization, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Support SoQM implementation and annual assessment of the Firm’s IT controls.
- Provide day-to-day management of team members, including coaching, feedback, and performance development.
- Offer technical knowledge, coaching, and training to junior team members.
The Individual:
- Holder of a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
- CISA certification is required.
- 6+ years of post-qualification experience in Big 4 professional services or a dynamic IT audit environment.
- Experience in identifying and assessing complex IT risks and controls, and linking them to the business environment.
- Expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC) and auditing application controls for various business processes.
