Principal

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal to join our team in EMEA, supporting our accelerated growth and helping clients achieve extraordinary results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a global impact by leveraging creativity, resilience, leadership, and strategic thinking.

As a Principal, you will play a pivotal role in growing our regional practice, partnering with organizations to deliver Hard-To-Imagine Results in today’s challenging economic landscape. This is a client-facing position requiring expertise in consulting, project management, facilitation, and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the implementation and execution of client engagements, ensuring objectives are met.
Design and facilitate workshops, off-sites, and client sessions involving stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Facilitate courses within Kotter’s Change Curriculum.
Scope client engagements and develop appropriate staffing and pricing models.
Create high-quality deliverables, such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and tools.
Contribute to client retention and business development activities, including “whiteboard” sessions, RFP responses, and drafting SOWs.
Utilize tools like MS Office, Google Suite, and online collaboration platforms effectively.
