Mission Statement

We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to drive the architecture behind our spot and futures market-making system for cryptocurrency markets. This role will focus on navigating cryptocurrency markets, shaping our strategy for building low-latency, high-performance architecture, and identifying opportunities to scale our market-making engine across new frontiers.

You'll work with a cross-functional team of trading and research experts to define and deliver the technology that supports our expansion across thousands of markets for our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive understanding of our architecture, working with the architecture team to identify key opportunities for improving scalability and reducing service costs, and driving changes that improve efficiency across our tech stack. This is a critical role to drive rapid expansion of our system and products.

Job Description

• Lead the product discovery and definition process for a cross-functional team consisting of engineers, data engineers, QA specialists, data intelligence analysts, and tech support personnel.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize features for development.
• Drive the development and execution of product deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Background and Experience

• Experience in leading product discovery and definition processes in a cross-functional team.
• Experience in product development at a trading company or similar environment, with a deep understanding of key financial concepts.
• Experience with cryptocurrency markets and an understanding of core market-making concepts is beneficial.

• Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate technical concepts and product architecture.
• Proven track record of leading product development and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Strong market research skills to stay informed about trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

Competencies and Personality

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management roles, particularly in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of trading technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain concepts.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment.

• درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو الهندسة أو الاقتصاد أو الأعمال أو الرياضيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
• أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في أدوار إدارة المنتجات، وخاصة في قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية أو العملات المشفرة أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.
• فهم قوي لتكنولوجيا التداول، والتمويل اللامركزي (DeFi)، ومفاهيم blockchain.

• خبرة العمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف في بيئة تطوير Agile.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على التأثير والتفاوض بشكل فعال.
• عقلية تحليلية مع القدرة على الاستفادة من البيانات والمقاييس لدفع عملية اتخاذ القرار.
