Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Content Writing & Design Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in creating high-quality business and technical content while ensuring that complex information is presented in a clear, engaging, and visually appealing manner. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in content writing, design, and data visualization, with a particular focus on the IT or software testing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to produce high-quality business and technical reports, white papers, and case studies.
- Review and enhance technical deliverables to improve language precision, data visualization, and clarity.
- Present complex information effectively through engaging and visually appealing reports and presentations tailored for US B2B clients.
- Develop and validate content to ensure its accuracy and relevance to target audiences.
- Create professional templates, forms, and documentation using tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Design infographics, presentations, dashboards, and other assets to convey marketing messages and data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure deliverables align with client and marketing objectives.
- Develop and refine content workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Provide training on tools and content best practices to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing and design within the IT or software testing industry.
