Assistant Operations Manager

About the job

We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager to Join Aldaaysi Hospitality Management, a growing subsidiary of Aldaaysi Holding, and play a key role in overseeing multi-brand hospitality operations, including restaurants, bakeries, and catering services. This role emphasizes operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

   Responsibilities


1- Operational Excellence:


Manage or assist in overseeing daily operations across hospitality outlets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Conduct regular visits to outlets to address operational challenges.


2- Leadership & Team Development:


Lead and support outlet managers and staff to achieve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with HR to manage staffing, training, and conflict resolution.
Develop high-performing teams and prepare future leaders.


3- Performance & Financial Management:


Achieve KPIs for sales, service quality, and profitability.
Control costs, optimize resources, and improve financial performance.
Analyse performance data and implement strategic improvements.


4- Customer Satisfaction


Collaborate with the Guest Relations Team to resolve customer inquiries and feedback
Enhance service delivery and ensure product quality consistency.
Oversee catering services and special events for smooth execution.

 

Qualifications:

1- Education:


Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2- Experience:


 A-For Assistant Operations Manager (Code:21964): 

 Minimum of 2 years in hospitality operations or a supervisory role.



 B-For Operations Manager (Code:21993): 

 3–5 years in hospitality management, with multi-brand or multi-outlet experience preferred.

 


3-Skills:

 Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. 
Proficiency in cost control, inventory management, and operational 
analysis. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

نحن نبحث عن مساعد مدير عمليات / مدير عمليات للانضمام إلى شركة Aldaaysi Hospitality Management، وهي شركة تابعة متنامية لشركة Aldaaysi Holding، ولعب دور رئيسي في الإشراف على عمليات الضيافة متعددة العلامات التجارية، بما في ذلك المطاعم والمخابز وخدمات تقديم الطعام. يؤكد هذا الدور على التميز التشغيلي ورضا العملاء والأداء المالي.

   المسؤوليات


1- التميز التشغيلي:


إدارة أو المساعدة في الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في جميع منافذ الضيافة.

إجراء زيارات منتظمة للمنافذ لمعالجة التحديات التشغيلية.

السيطرة على التكاليف، وتحسين الموارد، وتحسين الأداء المالي.
تحليل بيانات الأداء وتنفيذ التحسينات الإستراتيجية.


4- رضا العملاء


التعاون مع فريق علاقات الضيوف لحل استفسارات العملاء وردود أفعالهم
تعزيز تقديم الخدمات وضمان ثبات جودة المنتج.
الإشراف على خدمات تقديم الطعام والمناسبات الخاصة لضمان التنفيذ السلس.

 

المؤهلات:

1- التعليم:


- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في إدارة الضيافة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

2- الخبرة:


 أ- مساعد مدير العمليات (الرمز: 21964): 

 خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات الضيافة أو دور إشرافي.



 ب- لمدير العمليات (الرمز: 21993): 

 3-5 سنوات في إدارة الضيافة، مع خبرة متعددة العلامات التجارية أو متعددة المنافذ المفضلة.

 


3- المهارات:

 مهارات قوية في القيادة والتنظيم واتخاذ القرار. 
الكفاءة في مراقبة التكاليف وإدارة المخزون والتشغيل 
التحليل. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
