1- Training Coordinator :
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Coordination: Oversee training schedules, work with trainers, and ensure team members are on track with their training.
- Participant Management: Ensure new employees follow training schedules, conduct assessments, and assist in knowledge exams.
- Administrative Tasks: Design training materials like SOPs and presentations, prepare documentation, and compile post-training feedback.
