 About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our logistics company. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the logistics industry with a strong background in Freight Transport / Courier Services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company expansion and sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
• Resolve any customer inquiries or issues regarding service levels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
• Cooperate with other departments in the company (Marketing, Finance, Personnel Affairs) to achieve the general and specific goals of the departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics sales, with a strong background in freight forwarding/courier services.
• Knowledge and experience in the Bahraini logistics and transportation market.
• Extensive relationships in the logistics (transportation, delivery) industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

• Strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries after traditional business hours.
• Owns a car and a valid license.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تنفيذ وإنفاذ سياسات وإجراءات الشركة، بما في ذلك بروتوكولات السلامة والامتثال التنظيمي.
• إجراء تحليل متعمق للعمليات التشغيلية الحالية، وتحديد عدم الكفاءة، واقتراح حلول قابلة للتنفيذ من أجل التحسين.
