Main Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the KSAYPB cluster management, leaders, and employees on ethics and compliance topics.
- Manage the risk assessment process related to ethics and compliance, collaborating with business operations, internal control, and audit teams.
- Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of company policies and procedures in alignment with the Group Ethics & Compliance Program, working closely with regional legal teams, HR, and ethics delegates.
- Conduct due diligence on third parties.
- Enhance awareness of the Ethics & Compliance Program through targeted training and communication, including virtual and onsite sessions.
- Manage alerts from the whistleblowing system in collaboration with the Fraud Examination Team.
- Lead the cluster-level Compliance Committee.
- Support the monitoring and follow-up on recommendations from internal control and audit teams.
- Collaborate with the MEA Regional Compliance Officer and Group Compliance team on regional compliance initiatives.
Key Relationships
- Close collaboration with cluster Legal, HR, Internal Control, and Audit teams, as well as the Ethics Delegates network.
- Interaction with cluster management (top and middle levels).
- Engagement with Group HR Compliance Officer, Fraud Examination Team, and various business leaders.
- External stakeholders, including auditors, institutions, professional networks, and other businesses.
Scope of Work
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Pakistan, and Bahrain across all organizational functions.
Position in the Organization
- Reports to the Regional Compliance Officer, MEA.
- Part of the Group Ethics & Compliance Department, Governance Function.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in compliance within a large multinational corporation.
- Proven expertise in compliance issues, including anti-corruption regulations (KSA, FCPA, UKBA, SAPIN II), fraud, money laundering, ethics, and HR matters.
Education and Skills
- Relevant education or accreditation in compliance, audit, quality, or risk management.
- High level of integrity, tenacity, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills in multicultural environments and matrix organizations.
- Networking capabilities across various environments.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.

- Willingness to travel when required.
