Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring order accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize the warehouse for efficient space utilization and accessibility.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.
Delivery Duties:
- Safely load and unload products onto the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver goods to customers, retail outlets, or business locations on time.
- Ensure the proper handling and care of products to prevent damage.
- Obtain delivery signatures and complete all necessary documentation.
Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:
- Perform daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
Customer Interaction:
- Maintain a professional, polite, and courteous attitude with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly during deliveries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate service.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, warehouse activities, and vehicle usage.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and the logistics team for scheduling.
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid Bahrain light manual driving license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam; additional languages are advantageous.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
عمليات المستودع:
- استلام وفحص وتنظيم الشحنات الواردة بدقة.
- انتقاء وتعبئة وتحضير البضائع للشحن، مع ضمان دقة الطلب.
- إجراء جرد دوري للمخزون للحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.
- تنظيم المستودع لاستخدام المساحة بكفاءة وسهولة الوصول.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وسلامة المستودع.
مهام التوصيل:
- تحميل وتفريغ المنتجات بأمان على مركبة التوصيل.
- توصيل البضائع للعملاء والمتاجر أو المواقع التجارية في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان التعامل السليم مع المنتجات لتجنب التلف.
- الحصول على توقيع العملاء وإتمام جميع الوثائق اللازمة.
صيانة المركبة والسلامة:
- إجراء فحوصات يومية للمركبة للتأكد من صلاحيتها للسير.
- الإبلاغ عن أي احتياجات للصيانة أو الإصلاحات على الفور.
- الالتزام بجميع لوائح المرور وسياسات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة.
التفاعل مع العملاء:
- الحفاظ على سلوك مهني ومهذب مع العملاء.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء ومخاوفهم بسرعة أثناء عمليات التوصيل.
- ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال الخدمة الفعالة والدقيقة.
المهام الإدارية:
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعمليات في المستودع والتوصيل واستخدام المركبة.
- التنسيق مع المشرفين في المستودع وفريق اللوجستيات للجدولة.
- المساعدة في إعداد تقارير تتعلق بالمخزون والتوصيلات.
المؤهلات:
- رخصة قيادة بحرينية خفيفة سارية.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سابقة في عمليات المستودعات وقيادة التوصيل مفضلة.
- القدرة على رفع وتحريك الأغراض الثقيلة بشكل آمن وفعال.
- معرفة أساسية في إدارة المخزون تعتبر ميزة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والملايلامية؛ اللغات الإضافية ميزة.
المهارات والكفاءات:
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت قوية.
- اهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في مهام المستودع وعمليات التوصيل.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة المهام المتعددة بفعالية.
- الالتزام باتباع بروتوكولات السلامة وإجراءات الشركة.
