About the Role
As the Finance Manager for our Bahrain Factory, you will manage all finance activities and ensure that adequate internal controls are in place, aligning with the company’s finance policies. This role offers you the opportunity to drive sustainable growth and create value by actively participating in financial analysis, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Usage Analysis: Analyze material usage variance to understand wastage trends and support the production team in driving corrective actions.
- Month-End Reporting: Compile quality month-end reports and provide actionable analysis to help guide business decisions.
- Costing: Prepare costing for New Product Developments (NPDs) and Existing Product Developments (EPDs), ensuring documentation is complete and backed by appropriate calculations and assumptions.
- Purchase Price Variance (PPV): Review PPV by material, working with the Procurement team to understand the reasons behind the variance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in compiling detailed bottom-up plans/forecasts based on existing data and current prices from Procurement.
- Sourcing Analysis: Carry out sourcing analysis to identify opportunities for expanding the factory footprint profitably.
The Experience We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG.
- Proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and global accounting standards.
- Demonstrated analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- تقارير نهاية الشهر: إعداد تقارير نهاية الشهر عالية الجودة وتقديم تحليلات قابلة للتنفيذ لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- إعداد التكلفة: إعداد تكاليف تطوير المنتجات الجديدة (NPD) وتطوير المنتجات الحالية (EPD)، مع ضمان توثيق كامل ومستند إلى حسابات وافتراضات دقيقة.
- تباين أسعار الشراء (PPV): مراجعة تباين أسعار الشراء حسب المواد، والعمل مع فريق المشتريات لفهم الأسباب.
- إعداد الميزانية والتوقعات: المساعدة في تجميع خطط وتوقعات شاملة بناءً على البيانات الحالية وأسعار المشتريات من قسم المشتريات.
- تحليل التوريد: إجراء تحليل للتوريد بهدف التوسع المربح لمصنع البحرين.
الخبرات التي نبحث عنها
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المجال، ويفضل أن تكون في شركة FMCG متعددة الجنسيات.
- خبرة مثبتة في تحقيق النتائج من خلال التعاون عبر الأقسام.
- درجة بكالوريوس في المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم قوي للمفاهيم المالية والمعايير المحاسبية العالمية.
- مهارات تحليلية و تخطيطية و حل المشكلات ممتازة.
المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح
