    As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion efforts, selling our logistics and delivery services to a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, as well as directly to individual consumers. Your role will be essential in driving new business opportunities, establishing long-term relationships, and ensuring the continued growth of our service offerings.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Generation: Actively seek out and acquire new customers within targeted industries for our logistics and delivery services.
    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our offerings.
    • Market Analysis: Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies and approaches.
    • Proposal Preparation: Develop customized proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements that align with clients' needs and our business goals.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.

    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (operations, customer service, logistics) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.

    Pay:

    • BD 300.000 per month (starting salary)
      Note: The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

    Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or delivery services industry, but not mandatory.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, both in person and via phone/email.
    • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve the best deals for both the company and the clients.
    • Self-Motivation: Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and be proactive in meeting targets.
    • Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is preferred. Arabic skills are a plus.
    • Customer-Focused: A customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for providing solutions and delivering excellent service.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
