Backend Engineer
- I am working with a new fintech within the ever increasing Bahrain tech ecosystem.
- These guys are very slick, they have a very solid team of engineers already in place in different regions, but this is their first time going into the Bahrain market.
- They are building a fintech platform that can be used for a multitude of different industries, the use cases and possibilities are endless.
- They want a seasoned backend developer, this person must have experience in backend TypeScript, if your experience is more with JVM or .Net technologies then I cannot consider your application unfortunately.
- So if you have experience in NodeJs using either Express, Nest etc then this role would be perfect for you. Knowledge of modern cloud environments with either GCP or AWS is high beneficial.
iOS Developer
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of iOS development experience using Swift and Objective C
- Strong understanding of Git, including branching and feature branches
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience integrating third-party libraries and RESTful APIs
- Backend knowledge to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems
- Bonus points for experience with Backbase
Manual QA
What you need:
- Strong experience with functional, regression, and integration testing
- Hands-on experience with gRPC APIs and backend services
- Proven experience in fintech testing (payments, banking, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with tracing tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Zipkin
