The candidate must have the following
•Inter-personal skills and excellent communication skills; able to deal with colleagues and customers at all levels.
Good command of English language; Arabic is advantageous
Job Type: Full-Time
Skills: -
Team player and ability to assist in managing of a FMCG Department with a wide remit.
• Manage a portfolio of customers via telephone, building strong relationships.
• Handle incoming customer calls with the intent of extending contact to sell new or additional products.
Take orders, manage relationships, close sales by phone, and prepare appropriate documentation.
