Full job description
We are looking to hire female Bahraini candidates with experience in medical centers and knowledge of insurance and the software INVENT. As a receptionist, you will manage the front desk, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to patients. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Thus, your role will be crucial in ensuring that they feel welcome and comfortable. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have strong attention to detail.
Furthermore, it is essential that the candidate is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and has previous experience with scheduling software. This is a full-time position, and the working
hours are from 8 am to 4 pm and 4 pm to 12 am in a shift-based system (8 hours per day with a weekly one-off day).
