Engineer 1 - Quality
- Conducts inductions / trainings on project QMS for all the project personnel as well as the subcontractor teams as required and monitor the tool box talk.
- Organise / Conduct internal audits which includes preparation audit plan, Audit report coordination with Auditee.
- Ensures the customer complaints are logged and appropriate actions are taken on-time to close out the same.
- Maintain the site action tracking which includes non-conformance(s), Corrective Action, Daily surveillance report and monitor the closure and effectiveness of corrective action.
- Coordinates and records regular quality meetings with Client
- Compiles project QMS performance report which includes KPI’s as a input to Project Management review and Corporate Quality Director
- Coordinates and records Project QMS Review Meetings during the construction and monitors closeout actions.
- Ensure the implementation of Lesson Learned and report the new lessons to Project LL coordinator

مهندس 1 - الجودة
- يجري دورات تدريبية حول نظام إدارة الجودة للمشروع لجميع موظفي المشروع بالإضافة إلى فرق المقاولين من الباطن حسب الحاجة ويراقب الحديث حول صندوق الأدوات.
- تنظيم / إجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والتي تشمل إعداد خطة التدقيق، وتنسيق تقرير التدقيق مع الجهة الخاضعة للتدقيق.
- يتأكد من تسجيل شكاوى العملاء واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب لإغلاقها.
- الحفاظ على تتبع إجراءات الموقع والتي تتضمن عدم المطابقة، والإجراءات التصحيحية، وتقرير المراقبة اليومي ومراقبة الإغلاق وفعالية الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- يقوم بتنسيق وتسجيل اجتماعات الجودة المنتظمة مع العميل
- يقوم بتجميع تقرير أداء نظام إدارة الجودة للمشروع والذي يتضمن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية كمدخلات لمراجعة إدارة المشروع ومدير الجودة المؤسسي
- يقوم بتنسيق وتسجيل اجتماعات مراجعة نظام إدارة الجودة للمشروع أثناء البناء ويراقب إجراءات الإغلاق.
- ضمان تنفيذ الدروس المستفادة والإبلاغ عن الدروس الجديدة إلى منسق مشروع LL
