Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth and revenue targets
Translate client needs into actionable plans, aligning all stakeholders with requirements
Manage client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and excellent customer service
Develop strategic plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
Conduct market research and client surveys to anticipate future needs and trends

Ground Operations Coordinator
We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Ground Operations Coordinator to join our Food Transportation team.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure drivers comply with regulations and operational standards
Monitor key financial indicators, including rider payments and pending dues
Oversee and assist in managing rider vacations
Work with the Fleet Performance Coordinator to enhance Fill Rate and fleet efficiency
Track daily performance: SLAs, Revenue per Delivery Unit (RDU), Churn Rate, and Fill Rate
Facilitate effective team communication across departments
Monitor driver compliance and adherence to protocols
Conduct root cause analysis for operational challenges and propose solutions
Implement training programs and maintain proper documentation
Manage COD reports to minimize outstanding dues
Prepare performance reports, presentations, and operational materials
Apply updates and instructions from clients and ensure compliance
Track and validate team performance
Languages Required: English, Bangla, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic
Experience: Fleet supervision – 2 years preferred
