HSE Trainer – Bahrain

About the Job:

TÜV SÜD, a global leader in testing, inspection, management system certification, and product certification, is seeking an HSE Trainer to design and deliver high-quality occupational health, safety, and environmental training programs. The role ensures effective knowledge transfer, professional training delivery, continuous content improvement, and adherence to organizational values and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions in classroom, virtual, or blended formats across a wide range of HSE topics.

• Deliver training according to TÜV SÜD Academy standards, ensuring professional facilitation and learner engagement.

• Adapt training delivery to meet client-specific needs and industry requirements.

• Utilize interactive methods such as case studies, group activities, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.

• Ensure sessions are conducted with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and learner satisfaction.

Course Development and Improvement:

• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and supporting documents.

• Customize programs based on client requirements, industry trends, and regulatory updates.

• Collaborate with instructional design and operations teams to maintain consistent quality across all programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

• Recognized HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in the ME region, with at least 2 years in training or instructional roles.

• Previous experience delivering HSE Training (preferably approved IOSH and NEBOSH trainer).

• Strong understanding of international HSE standards and local regulatory frameworks in the ME region.

• Experience in designing or customizing training content is an advantage.

تطوير وتحسين البرامج التدريبية:

• تخصيص البرامج الحالية وفقًا لمتطلبات العملاء، واتجاهات الصناعة، والتحديثات التنظيمية.

• التعاون مع فرق التصميم التعليمي والعمليات للحفاظ على جودة موحدة في جميع البرامج التدريبية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة المهنية، الهندسة، العلوم البيئية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• شهادات معترف بها في الصحة والسلامة المهنية مثل NEBOSH IGC، IOSH Managing Safely، OSHA، أو ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المنطقة، مع سنتين على الأقل في التدريب أو الأدوار التعليمية.

• خبرة سابقة في تقديم التدريب HSE (ويفضل التدريب المعتمد من IOSH وNEBOSH).

• فهم قوي للمعايير الدولية للصحة والسلامة والأطر التنظيمية المحلية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
