License Owner – Bahrain

About the Job:

Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for a License Owner to open and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Bahrain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about football and entrepreneurship, offering the opportunity to run their own business while promoting the world’s greatest sport.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and operate the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned city.

• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2–3 persons) and freelance Official Hosts (game hosts).

• Identify and secure football venues to run Stranger Soccer games.

• Implement creative sales and marketing strategies, both digital and hands-on, to attract and retain customers.

• Oversee game schedules, ensuring excellent customer experience and repeat participation.

• Leverage support from Singapore headquarters for operations and technology guidance.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for football and connection to the local football community.

• Business background, ideally in management and customer service.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with experience or willingness to own and scale a business.

• Commitment to driving the Stranger Soccer brand in Bahrain.

• Results-driven mindset; financial compensation is proportional to effort, business acumen, and effectiveness.

• التزام بامتلاك وإدارة وتوسيع علامة Stranger Soccer في السوق المخصصة.
