NSA BOSS Bahrain: MHE & Vehicle Maintenance (Contingency Hire)
Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on vehicles and material handling equipment (MHE).
-
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and execute repairs.
-
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance according to company and regulatory standards.
-
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
-
Assist Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor in scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
-
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
-
Operate diagnostic tools and equipment.
-
Support inventory management of tools and spare parts.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance.
-
Valid Heavy Equipment Mechanic Certification (e.g., NCCER, ASE Heavy Truck, or equivalent).
-
ASE Certification for automotive systems preferred.
-
EPA Section 609 Certification for AC systems preferred.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Proficient in using diagnostic software and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
NSA BOSS Bahrain: Maintenance Technician, Sr. EVT (Contingency Hire)
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment including forklifts, loaders, trucks, and emergency vehicles.
-
Inventory and manage special bench stock items for emergency vehicles and critical equipment (EVTCC).
-
Deliver critical parts to designated sites and submit requisitions for replacements.
-
Support site local maintenance teams and provide hands-on guidance for EVT troubleshooting and repair.
-
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) as needed.
-
Provide training and guidance on maintenance of emergency vehicles and critical equipment.
Qualifications:
-
Strong mechanical background and abilities.
-
EVT Level 2 certification from EVT Certification Commission, Inc. (EVTCC).
-
Experience with fire pumps, plumbing, and emergency vehicle systems.
-
Knowledge of inventory management and parts requisition processes.
-
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills.

Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT Level 2)
Role Description:

Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on emergency vehicles.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.

Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Maintain accurate service records and adhere to maintenance protocols.

Support on-site operations and collaborate effectively with maintenance teams.
Qualifications:

Technical skills in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
