In this role, you will lead client engagements, drive business development, and manage the delivery of complex risk, compliance, and internal audit projects across the financial services sector.

You will oversee project lifecycles, mentor a team of consultants, and contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the practice.

Job Duties:

Client Engagement and Business Development:

• Lead client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (C-level and Board of Directors).

• Identify new business opportunities and successfully sell and deliver consulting services, with a proven ability to generate over $1M in annual revenue.

• Develop and deliver proposals, including scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation.

Project and Program Delivery:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of large-scale consulting engagements across the financial services sector.

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and resourcing through execution and reporting.
