Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC Systems.
- Perform all types of HVAC calculations such as Heat Load Calculations, External Static Pressure Calculations, Pump Head Calculations, Staircase Pressurization Calculations, etc.
- Well-versed in Technical selections of all HVAC Equipment such as Chiller, AHU, FCU, Pump, Fan, etc., and prepare technical & commercial comparisons of quotes based on various suppliers’ quotations.
- Prepare Material Submittals as per project specifications, and HVAC shop drawings as per IFC drawings and get them approved by the Consultant.
- Ensure project execution follows the project quality plan and complete the project based on the estimated manpower cost.
- Must have strong computer skills in HVAC Software (HAP, Duct/Pipe Sizer, Psychrometric Chart Analyzer, etc.) and M.S Office programs.
- Must have problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and communication skills to liaise with Contractors, Project Managers, and Clients.
- Submit payment application to customers based on the work progress and follow up for payment against the tax invoice based on the payment certificate. ↔

2. Senior Project Engineer - HVAC
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and the Bill of Quantities at the commencement of each project.
- Responsible for project scheduling and ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare material submittals in accordance with project specifications, develop HVAC shop drawings based on IFC drawings, and obtain necessary consultant approvals.
- Conduct technical selection of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and fans) and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial comparisons of supplier quotes.
- Perform various HVAC calculations, including heat load, external static pressure, pump head, and staircase pressurization assessments.
- Effectively allocate personnel and technological resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure project execution aligns with the project quality plan, stays within the estimated manpower budget, and meets all applicable quality standards.
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare installation and commissioning method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and risk assessments.
- Verify all installation and commissioning method statements to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Prepare and manage variations related to changes in the scope of work, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Coordinate effectively with other mechanical trades, HVAC and electrical disciplines, and architectural teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Raise inspection requests, RFIs, and other pertinent documentation for consultant review.
- Utilize HVAC software (HAP, Duct/Pipe Sizer, Psychrometric Chart Analyzer) and MS Office applications proficiently.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients.
- Submit payment applications to clients based on project progress and follow up on payments against tax invoices in accordance with the payment certificates.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings, operational and maintenance manuals, and consumer instructions.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for Estimator (Interior Fit-Outs)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Eastern Region (KSA).
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other Tender documents to understand project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Fit-Out projects based on detailed material take-offs, labor requirements, subcontractor quotes, and other relevant factors.
- Utilize advanced estimating software and tools to accurately calculate costs, and quantities and prepare BOQs.
- Identify and quantify project risks, Raise RFIs to clarify the missing information to ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Evaluate potential risks and opportunities for cost savings during the estimation process.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, technical information, availability of materials, and services.
- Prepare and present cost estimates to management for final approval.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and submit them to clients within specified deadlines.
- Participate in bid meetings and negotiations.
- The candidate should be able to prepare a detailed presentation of the Fit-Out estimation to make it more clear to the Client.
- Review and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget.
- Maintain accurate records of project estimates, including documentation of assumptions and methodologies used.
- Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Fit-Out estimation.
- Proper follow-ups need to be made for the submitted Fit-Out offer.
- The candidate should have the capability to acquire new clients to enhance business prospects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/ architectural, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fit-Out estimation for construction projects, preferably in the KSA region.
- Familiarity with local Fit-Out materials/ service vendors and subcontractors is essential.
- Proficiency in Civil/ Fit-Out estimation software and tools, such as Candy or similar.
- Basic knowledge in contract terms such as FIDIC is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GCC Fit-Out standards, construction methods, and building codes and regulations in the KSA region is a must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or eligibility will be an added advantage.

نحن نبحث عن محاسب تكاليف (الأعمال الداخلية)
الموقع: المملكة العربية السعودية – المنطقة الشرقية (KSA).
- تحليل مواصفات المشروع، الرسومات، وغيرها من وثائق العطاءات لفهم نطاق ومتطلبات المشروع.
- إعداد تقديرات التكلفة التفصيلية لمشاريع الأعمال الداخلية استناداً إلى كميات المواد التفصيلية، متطلبات العمالة، عروض أسعار المقاولين، والعوامل الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- استخدام برامج التقدير المتقدمة والأدوات لحساب التكلفة والكميات بدقة وإعداد جداول الكميات.
- تحديد وقياس مخاطر المشروع، ورفع طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) لتوضيح المعلومات الناقصة لضمان تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف.
- تقييم المخاطر المحتملة وفرص توفير التكاليف خلال عملية التقدير.
- التنسيق مع الموردين، المقاولين من الباطن، والفرق الداخلية لضمان التسعير الدقيق، والمعلومات التقنية، وتوفر المواد والخدمات.
- إعداد وتقديم تقديرات التكلفة للإدارة للموافقة النهائية.
- إعداد عروض العطاء الشاملة وتقديمها للعملاء ضمن المواعيد المحددة.

- المساعدة في جهود تحسين القيمة لتقليل تكاليف المشروع مع الحفاظ على الجودة ومعايير الأداء.
- مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات في الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات والتقنيات الناشئة المتعلقة بتقدير الأعمال الداخلية.
- يجب إجراء المتابعات اللازمة لعرض الأعمال الداخلية المقدم.
- يجب أن يمتلك المرشح القدرة على اكتساب عملاء جدد لتعزيز فرص الأعمال.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/ المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تقدير تكاليف الأعمال الداخلية لمشاريع البناء، ويفضل في منطقة المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الإلمام بموردي مواد وخدمات الأعمال الداخلية والمقاولين من الباطن المحليين أمر ضروري.
- إجادة استخدام برامج وأدوات تقدير التكاليف في الأعمال المدنية/ الداخلية، مثل برنامج "كاندي" أو ما يشابهه.
- معرفة أساسية بشروط العقود مثل FIDIC تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- فهم قوي لمعايير الأعمال الداخلية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وأساليب البناء، وقوانين ولوائح البناء في منطقة المملكة العربية السعودية.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة، مع الانتباه إلى التفاصيل والدقة.
- مهارات اتصال وتفاعل فعالة، مع القدرة على العمل بشكل جماعي ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على تحديد الأولويات وإدارة مهام ومواعيد متعددة في بيئة بناء سريعة الخطى.
