Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and manage storage of equipment and materials

• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of stock items for operations use

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing items using company systems

• Support daily port and terminal operations by organizing supplies efficiently

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations at all times

• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy

• Report discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly

• Assist with loading/unloading, staging, and order fulfillment when required

Requirements

• Experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or logistics roles (port/terminal experience preferred)

• Familiarity with stock management systems and inventory tools

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to perform physically active tasks in a hands-on environment

• Strong adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards

• Team-oriented attitude and attention to detail

• استلام ومعالجة وإدارة تخزين المعدات والمواد

• ضمان إصدار العناصر المخزونة في الوقت المناسب وبدقة لاستخدامها في العمليات

• الحفاظ على سجلات العناصر الواردة والصادرة باستخدام أنظمة الشركة

• دعم العمليات اليومية للموانئ والمحطات من خلال تنظيم الإمدادات بكفاءة

• اتبع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية ولوائح السلامة في جميع الأوقات

• إجراء عمليات فحص منتظمة للمخزون والحفاظ على دقة المخزون

• الإبلاغ عن التناقضات أو المشكلات إلى المشرفين على الفور

• المساعدة في التحميل/التفريغ، والتجهيز، وتنفيذ الطلبات عند الحاجة

متطلبات

• خبرة في إدارة المخازن أو المستودعات أو الأدوار اللوجستية (يفضل الخبرة في الموانئ / المحطات الطرفية)

• المعرفة بأنظمة إدارة المخزون وأدوات الجرد

• مهارات تنظيمية جيدة وإدارة الوقت
