The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care through professional nursing procedures and specialized clinical practices. The role also requires understanding patient behavioral, developmental, and psychosocial needs during treatment.
يكون الممرض/الممرضة مسؤولًا عن تقديم الرعاية التمريضية المباشرة وغير المباشرة من خلال الإجراءات التمريضية المهنية والممارسات السريرية المتخصصة، مع فهم الاحتياجات السلوكية والنمائية والنفسية والاجتماعية للمرضى أثناء تلقي العلاج.
Education Requirements | المتطلبات التعليمية
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is required.
- A minimum three-year Nursing curriculum from an accredited program is required.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو مؤهل معادل مطلوبة.
- برنامج تمريض لا تقل مدته عن ثلاث سنوات من جهة معتمدة مطلوب.
Experience Requirements | متطلبات الخبرة
- Minimum two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse in EP Lab / Cath Lab.
- Experience in cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology nursing environments is required.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بعد التخرج كممرض/ممرضة في مختبر القسطرة أو مختبر كهرباء القلب.
- الخبرة في بيئات تمريض قسطرة القلب أو كهرباء القلب مطلوبة.
Certification and Licensure | الشهادات والترخيص
- Valid and current national nursing license is required.
- BLS certification is required from AHA or an equivalent organization, or must be obtained within 3 months of employment.
- ACLS and PALS relevant to the specialty are required from AHA or an equivalent organization, or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- رخصة تمريض وطنية سارية وحديثة مطلوبة.
- شهادة BLS مطلوبة من AHA أو جهة معادلة، أو يجب الحصول عليها خلال 3 أشهر من التوظيف.
- شهادتا ACLS وPALS المرتبطتان بالتخصص مطلوبتان من AHA أو جهة معادلة، أو يجب الحصول عليهما خلال 6 أشهر من التوظيف.
Required Skills | المهارات المطلوبة
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with electronic medical records is strongly preferred.
- Ability to speak and write Arabic is preferred.
