Water Sports Instructor

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Water Sports Instructor to join our team. The role involves delivering safe and enjoyable water sports activities while also supporting daily operations and equipment management. This is not limited to instruction only, but also includes handling and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety briefings and guide customers during activities
• Supervise kayaking, paddleboarding, and other water sessions
• Assist beginners and ensure a positive customer experience
• Set up and prepare equipment before each session
• Inspect, maintain, and take care of all equipment on a daily basis
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Clean, store, and organize equipment properly after use
• Monitor weather and follow safety procedures
• Support daily operations and team requirements

✅ Requirements:

• Must be able to swim confidently
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Active, responsible, and customer-focused
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Team player with strong work ethic

• Full-time position
• Flexible hours (weekdays & weekends)

مدرب رياضات مائية

نحن نبحث عن مدرب رياضات مائية متحمس ومسؤول للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يتضمن الدور تقديم أنشطة رياضات مائية آمنة وممتعة مع دعم العمليات اليومية وإدارة المعدات. هذا الدور لا يقتصر على التدريب فقط، بل يشمل أيضاً التعامل مع المعدات وصيانتها لضمان عمليات سلسة ومستمرة.

🎯 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إجراء إحاطات السلامة وتوجيه العملاء أثناء الأنشطة
• الإشراف على التجديف بالكاياك، وألواح التجديف، وجلسات المياه الأخرى
• مساعدة المبتدئين وضمان تجربة إيجابية للعملاء
• تجهيز وإعداد المعدات قبل كل جلسة
• فحص وصيانة والاعتناء بجميع المعدات بشكل يومي
• الإبلاغ عن أي أضرار أو مشكلات على الفور
• تنظيف وتخزين وتنظيم المعدات بشكل صحيح بعد الاستخدام
• مراقبة الطقس واتباع إجراءات السلامة
• دعم العمليات اليومية ومتطلبات الفريق

✅ المتطلبات:

• يجب أن يكون قادراً على السباحة بثقة
• مهارات تواصل جيدة (اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة)
• نشط ومسؤول ويركز على خدمة العملاء
• القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق في جميع الظروف
• لاعب فريق يتمتع بأخلاقيات عمل قوية
