We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to manage and optimize our cut-and-bend operations for reinforcing steel bars (rebar). The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, meet delivery deadlines, and drive operational efficiency.

*Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of rebar cut-and-bend operations and related machinery.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in a cut and bend or steel fabrication industry.
• Experience in working with cutting and bending machinery and steel reinforcement processes.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities.
• Ensure timely order completion in line with project requirements.
• Monitor product quality to meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Optimize equipment usage and improve production efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.
• Supervise and train production staff.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and workplace safety regulations.

نحن نوظف: مهندس إنتاج - قص وثني حديد التسليح

نحن نبحث عن مهندس إنتاج ماهر لإدارة وتحسين عمليات القص والثني الخاصة بقضبان حديد التسليح. سيضمن المرشح المثالي إنتاجاً عالي الجودة، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للتسليم، وقيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية.

*المتطلبات:

• معرفة قوية بعمليات قص وثني الحديد والآلات ذات الصلة.
• مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
• الالتزام بالجودة والسلامة والتحسين المستمر.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في دور هندسة الإنتاج، ويفضل في صناعة القص والثني أو تصنيع الصلب.
• خبرة في العمل مع آلات القص والثني وعمليات تسليح الصلب.

*المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• التخطيط والجدولة والإشراف على أنشطة الإنتاج اليومية.
• ضمان إكمال الطلبات في الوقت المناسب بما يتماشى مع متطلبات المشروع.
• مراقبة جودة المنتج لتلبية معايير الصناعة ومواصفات العميل.
• تحسين استخدام المعدات وتحسين كفاءة الإنتاج.
• التنسيق مع المشتريات لتوفر المواد الخام.
• الإشراف على موظفي الإنتاج وتدريبهم.
• تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات.
• ضمان الامتثال لنظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) ولوائح السلامة في مكان العمل.
