We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager

To join our Ready-mix Concrete, Bahrain Blocks and Reinforcement Division. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting automated machinery used in block production.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Plan the routine maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery.
• Identify and analyze faults and oversee time critical repair.
• Identifying and analyzing breakdown problem.
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
• Improving overall reliability of plants.
• Preparing a list of necessary spare parts which require for repairing plant, equipment and machinery.
• Record the major and most maintenance and breakdown activities which had done and performed in plant, equipment and machinery.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Preparing a monthly maintenance report for plant, equipment and machinery.
• Lead, supervise, and train maintenance engineer and technicians.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSE regulations.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.

*Skills:

• Strong understanding of Ready-mix concrete production processes, Concrete Blocks & Steel bar cut & bend equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing concrete batching plants, Concrete Blocks machines, Steel Rebas cut & bend and associated equipment.
• Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, resolve conflicts, and communicate clearly with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to identify operational issues, troubleshoot equipment problems, manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Safety & Budget Management: Good understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices, with the ability to manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs.

*Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with minimum 7-10 years of experience in the Ready-mix Concrete & Blocks industry.

*المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تخطيط الصيانة الدورية للمصنع والمعدات والآلات.
• تحديد وتحليل الأعطال والإشراف على الإصلاحات العاجلة.
• تحديد وتحليل مشكلات التوقف عن العمل (Breakdown).
• تصميم استراتيجيات وإجراءات وطرق الصيانة.
• تخطيط وجدولة العمل المخطط وغير المخطط له.
• تحسين الموثوقية الشاملة للمصانع.
• إعداد قائمة بقطع الغيار اللازمة لإصلاح المصنع والمعدات والآلات.
• تسجيل أهم أنشطة الصيانة والأعطال التي تم تنفيذها في المصنع والمعدات والآلات.
• مراقبة ومراقبة تكاليف الصيانة.
• إعداد تقرير صيانة شهري للمصنع والمعدات والآلات.
• قيادة والإشراف على وتدريب مهندس وفنيي الصيانة.
• ضمان امتثال أنشطة الصيانة للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
• أي مسؤوليات إضافية تكلفها الإدارة.

*المهارات:

• فهم قوي لعمليات إنتاج الخرسانة الجاهزة، وكتل الخرسانة، ومعدات قص وثني حديد التسليح.
• إتقان استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في محطات خلط الخرسانة، وآلات الكتل الخرسانية، ومعدات قص وثني حديد التسليح والمعدات المرتبطة بها.
• القيادة والتواصل: القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز الفرق، وتفويض المهام بفعالية، وحل النزاعات، والتواصل بوضوح مع أعضاء الفريق والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
• حل المشكلات والمهارات التنظيمية: قدرة قوية على تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية، واستكشاف مشاكل المعدات، وإدارة مهام متعددة، وتحديد أولويات العمل، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
• السلامة وإدارة الميزانية: فهم جيد للوائح السلامة وأفضل ممارسات الصناعة، مع القدرة على إدارة ميزانيات الصيانة والتحكم في التكاليف التشغيلية.

*المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في صناعة الخرسانة الجاهزة والكتل.
