TalentWorldGroup is hiring German-speaking Level 2 Technical Support Specialists for a medical app project. This is a hybrid L1 + L2 role combining customer support and technical investigation.
Contract Details
- Freelance | 100% Remote

Responsibilities
L1 – Customer Support
- Handle inbound user/patient calls.
- Assist with onboarding, navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide real-time support and clear communication.
- Document cases in Zendesk.
L2 – Technical Support
- Investigate escalated technical issues and replicate bugs.
- Analyze logs and API behavior.
- Identify root causes of issues.
- Escalate complex cases to L3 with proper documentation.
- Track and report recurring technical issues.
Czech Sales Consultant (L1) – Remote
