Responsibilities
- Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city.
- Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2–3 members).
- Manage freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to launch and operate games.
- Identify and secure prime football venue slots for hosting games.
- Execute creative sales and marketing activities (digital and on-ground).
- Promote the platform as a preferred way for customers to play football.
- Oversee game scheduling and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain customer satisfaction to encourage repeat participation.
- Coordinate with headquarters in Singapore for operational and technical support.
