Senior Compliance Analyst

Mission Statement

Main Accountabilities

• Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing relationships with regulators and responding to daily inquiries.
• Review regulatory requirements and advise business and operational teams in coordination with management.
• Receive, document, and ensure implementation of new or updated regulatory requirements.
• Disseminate regulatory updates to relevant departments.
• Assign roles and responsibilities for compliance implementation.
• Provide guidance on required controls and compliance measures.
• Review and update policies and procedures based on regulatory changes.

استقبال وتوثيق المتطلبات التنظيمية الجديدة أو المحدثة وضمان تطبيقها.

توزيع المتطلبات التنظيمية على الأقسام المعنية.

تحديد الأدوار والمسؤوليات الخاصة بالتنفيذ.

تقديم المشورة حول الضوابط والإجراءات المطلوبة.

مراجعة السياسات والإجراءات واقتراح التعديلات اللازمة لضمان الامتثال.
