Our client is a leading investment platform based in Bahrain with a diversified real estate portfolio across multiple sectors and countries. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee multi-asset performance, financial management, and operational coordination.

What the Job Involves

• Oversee operational and financial performance of a diversified real estate portfolio across Bahrain and the MENA region.
• Coordinate with property managers and service providers to ensure high operational standards and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage leasing activities, rent collection, and tenant relationships in compliance with local regulations.
• Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports at asset and portfolio level.
• Review property valuations and monitor key performance metrics.
• Support governance, compliance, and audit processes.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, operators, and advisors.
• Identify value creation opportunities including repositioning, capital expenditure, and leasing strategies.

يعمل العميل لدى منصة استثمارية رائدة مقرها البحرين، تمتلك محفظة عقارية متنوعة تشمل عدة قطاعات ودول. توفر هذه الوظيفة فرصة مميزة لمدير محفظة عقارية أول للإشراف على محفظة متعددة الأصول مع التركيز على تحسين الأداء، والإشراف المالي، والتنسيق التشغيلي.

نطاق العمل:

الإشراف على الأداء التشغيلي والمالي لمحفظة عقارية متنوعة في البحرين ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.

التنسيق مع مديري العقارات ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان جودة التشغيل ورضا المستأجرين.

إدارة عمليات التأجير، تحصيل الإيجارات، وعلاقات المستأجرين وفق الأنظمة المحلية.

إعداد النماذج المالية والميزانيات والتوقعات والتقارير على مستوى الأصول والمحفظة.

مراجعة التقييمات ومتابعة المؤشرات الرئيسية ودعم عمليات الحوكمة والتدقيق.

إدارة العلاقات مع الأطراف الخارجية والمستشارين والمشغلين.

تحديد فرص خلق القيمة مثل إعادة التموضع، والإنفاق الرأسمالي، واستراتيجيات التأجير.
