About the Job

We are seeking a Civil Construction Sales Engineer with strong expertise in sales, business development, and project execution within the civil construction sector in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the civil construction sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

نبحث عن مهندس مبيعات في مجال الإنشاءات المدنية يمتلك خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات وتنفيذ المشاريع، مع القدرة على تطوير الأعمال وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء وضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تطوير وإدارة علاقات العملاء في قطاع الإنشاءات المدنية.

تحديد فرص الأعمال وتوليد العملاء المحتملين.

إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية وملفات العطاءات.

الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع والتأكد من مطابقتها للتصاميم المعتمدة.

التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين وفرق العمل.

متابعة تقدم المشاريع وحل المشكلات ورفع التقارير للإدارة.
