Associate Consultant - Basis
About the Job
We are seeking a motivated Associate Consultant (Basis) with foundational SAP knowledge to support system administration and infrastructure activities.
SAP Skills
- Basic knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Unix).
- Familiarity with SAP systems and Basis work is highly desired.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, IT infrastructure, databases, and operating systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
- Support user administration activities including creating and managing user accounts and roles.
- Assist in applying patches and updates to SAP systems.
- Participate in system upgrade projects and support upgrade activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance SAP Basis knowledge and skills.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Qualification / Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT
- 1-2 years of experience in SAP or system administration
- SAP certification is preferable
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (US, UK, Japan)
