Site Supervisor
Role Summary:
Supervise and execute end-to-end work at assigned site through delegation and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and labour within deadlines. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Role Description:
Conduct site surveys.
Setting out and marking interior finishes on site.
Prepare work programs and schedules using MS Project.
Prepare daily/regular site reports with progress pictures.
Plan and delegate workers and chargehands.
Coordinate with MEP, mall, landlord, tenant and other trades.
Monitor site safety and first aid compliance.
Report discrepancies, emergencies, and incidents to PM.
Liaise with factory team for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
Attend client meetings with PM and document discussions.
Maintain daily workers’ timesheets.
Work extended hours, weekends, and night shifts when required.
Verify subcontractor quantities for final accounts.
Project Planner
Candidate Requirements:
7–10 years experience in fit-out company.
Experience in 5-star hotels, public areas, rooms, and commercial projects.
High-rise building project experience preferred.
Willing to relocate within KSA.
Immediate availability preferred.
Experience in Extension of Time claims.
Baseline schedules, updates, EVM, weekly and monthly reports.
Preparation of dashboards.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Understanding of project sequencing.
Experience handling multiple projects.
Senior Project Engineer
Candidate Requirements:
8–10 years of similar experience.
Strong technical and execution abilities.
Experience in fit-out contracting companies with in-house workforce.
Good communication and teamwork skills in multinational environment.
Computer literate (AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office).
Valid local driving license.
Senior Site Supervisor
Candidate Requirements:
5–8 years experience in fit-out industry.
Experience across hospitality, hotels, residential, retail, F&B, healthcare, education projects.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of all MEP and fit-out trades.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing setup.
Experience in joinery setting out, site surveys, shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs.
Strong knowledge of timber, boards, veneers, laminates, and hardware.
Technical expertise in material integration (glass, acrylics, stone, metals, fabrics).
Proficiency in Autodesk products and MS Office.
Knowledge of FSC, LEED, and fire resistance standards.
