About the Job
The Project Manager will execute fast-track fit-out projects for retail stores, F&B outlets, hotels, and commercial offices. The role involves full responsibility for planning, coordination, and managing multiple projects while leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
The objective is to deliver projects successfully, safely, within quality standards, on time, and within budget while meeting client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender programmes and convert them into construction schedules.
- Define project objectives, scope, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Plan site setup, logistics, and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate client meetings and project timelines.
- Select subcontractors and allocate internal resources.
Site Supervisor
Role Description
- Conduct site surveys and marking for interior finishes.
- Prepare work programs and schedules using MS Project.
- Submit daily site reports with progress updates.
- Manage and delegate site workers.
- Coordinate with multiple trades including MEP and contractors.
- Monitor safety and first aid requirements on site.
- Report discrepancies, emergencies, and issues to the Project Manager.

- Ability to prepare baseline schedules and reports.
- Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of project sequencing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.

Role Summary
