Site Supervisor

Role Description

Should conduct Site Surveys.

Setting out/Marking - Interior finishes on site

Prepare Work program/Scheduling of Project preferably in MS Projects.

Prepare Daily/Regular Site Reports with necessary progress pictures and report to PM

Handle/plan and delegate workers/charge hands depending on work requirement.

Coordinate and follow up with several Trades on site - MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant etc.

Adhere and Monitor Safety/First Aid aspects on site – periodically

Report/highlight to PM immediately in case of any discrepancy on site vs drawings, emergency, accident etc.

Candidate Requirements

7-10 years’ Experience in a fitout company

5-Star hotels, Public Areas, and Rooms

Commercial Projects are additional advantage

Has worked on High Rise buildings projects

Preferably located in Jeddah, however, willing to be relocated to different cities in KSA

Ready to join as soon as possible

Worked on Extension of Time using different techniques

Baseline Schedules, updates, EVM, Weekly and monthly reports

Preparing the dashboards

Worked on Primavera P6, MS Project will be an advantage

Understanding the proper sequencing of the project

Working on Multiple projects

Candidate Requirements

The essential skills required for this purpose are as follows:

The candidate should have a minimum of eight to ten years similar experience

Very strong technical and execution abilities

Previous experience of working with professional fit out contracting companies with their in-house workforce

Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment

Computer literate (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office)
