Job Overview
Euro Motors is seeking a dedicated Application Specialist (KeyLoop-Autoline) to join its team in Sitra, Bahrain. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a prestigious organization with a strong foundation and global outlook.
The successful candidate will act as the primary expert for the KeyLoop Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring its support, maintenance, and optimization. The role is critical in maintaining seamless system operations and supporting users to enhance overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot the KeyLoop (Autoline Drive) dealer management system.
- Provide technical support to system users.
- Ensure system security and availability.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Integrate the dealer management system with other IT systems.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in dealer management software.
- Set up and maintain user accounts.
- Troubleshoot system-related problems.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth system operations.
- Develop reports required by users and executives.
- Perform terminal setup and maintain system documentation.
- Assist end users during month-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience with KeyLoop (Autoline) Dealer Management System.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with KeyLoop systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of automotive retail processes including sales, after-sales, parts, and service.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.

المؤهلات:
خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في نظام KeyLoop (Autoline).
معرفة متعمقة وخبرة عملية في أنظمة إدارة الوكلاء.
يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
فهم قوي لعمليات قطاع بيع السيارات (المبيعات، ما بعد البيع، قطع الغيار، الصيانة).
مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابيًا وشفهيًا.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
